We can supply cans in high density polyethylene of vulcanised fibre. For cost saving in transport they can be delivered disassembled. The polyethylene ones are delivered with the body already formed. The top ring and base are then fitted to form the cylinder. No riveting of the can itself is necessary. Springs, pistons and pantographs are available, along with wheels of different types. Export HPDE Spinning Cans Disassembled Metal Parts The metal parts can be assembled in two different ways: Solution A1 Full manual application of the metal parts and of the wheels, if required, through rivets and screws with nuts are supplied by us (the holes for the insertion of the rivets shall be made with a common drill). Solution A2 Application of the top rings through a manual curling machine - with this kind of fixture you do not need to use any rivets. The application is executed through the rolling of the metal ring on the polyethylene.
